Exercise - Add comments to your selenium Script

Aim:
This exercise will demonstrate adding comments to your Selenium Scripts via the IDE.


Pre-requisites:
  1. Firefox browser with Selenium IDE installed
  2. Wordpress setup, use link how to setup wordpress
Exercise Steps:
  1. open an existing script via selenium IDE
  2. right click on the command you want to add a new command
  3. select "insert new comment"
  4. enter some text in "command"
  5. Run the script and notice that the comment is ignored as an action
  6. Also, open the script in Notepad++ and notice the html for the comments
