How to install and run Jenkins via the command line?

Aim:
Hudson can be started in a variety of ways. This how to explains starting via the command line.

Key Steps:
1. Download the Hudson.war

1. goto  http://jenkins-ci.org/ 
2. click on download Jenkins 1.473
3. download jenkins.war ( 50Mb)
4. save to c:\selenium directory

2. Put the downloaded .war file into your hard disk
3. Open Command prompt
4. Go to the directory where Hudson.war file has been placed.
5. Enter the command >java -jar jenkins.war . and hit return
6. Launch the Browser.
7. Open the URL http://localhost:8080/
